I sent for a 14 day trial of Cellogics. I received my products, but they sent a 30 supply.
Today I went to a store and tried to use my debit card and it was declined. Went to my bank and talked to the fraud department. She told me the 3 separate charges of: $132.19, $101.67, and $99.95 were for the facial products I had ordered a month ago because I didn't cancel my support before the 14 days were up. I didn't know they sent a 30 day supply. That's how they trick you.
I called their customer service. The young man informed me of the policy. He did cancel any future orders. He then began to argue with me about the quality of the eye serum, which is very watery.
In the course of our conversation, he HUNG UP!! A customer service representative hung up. WOW that just shows how professional this company really is.
I'm disappointed in Joanna Krupa and Cellogics for their fraudulent activities.
Thank goodness my bank caught the fraud and contacted me.
Valuable lesson learned today!
