I bought a smartbalance wheel from this company and it came late and some of the parts are broken so it didn't last long. Now im trying to contact the company to have it fixed since it is covered with warranty and it shows on their brochure that it comes with 1 year warranty, but they are not responding and i have been trying to contact them for awhile now.
