I have registered with this company, but immediately canceled my purchased Package since I understood from my friend that they give wrong information and cheat people. He advised not to believe and cancel the purchased package. Since I am very old and will not able to relocate to Europe, I requested the company immediately to cancel the order so they will not charge to credit card, but the manager called me and informed me that they won't cancel the order. This is totally unfair. Please help me to get back the refund asap.

I am very old to relocate to Europe, I have canceled the order immediately after few minutes after I booked order but company refused to refund me. I am jobless person.
