GREEN Dot bank stole my tax defund. I've talked to several representatives but they keep telling me the same thing. I need help getting my money. I trusted the company when I added money now that their money being deposited into my account it gets blocked. GREEN Dot needs a notification to let people know to upload a photo ahead of time.
