Drama Fever's continuing refusal to acknowledge and respond to my repeated attempts to communicate with them is completely unprofessional.
I had previously written to them many times before trying to resolve your purported inability to pay with the credit card I have on file. I asked Drama Fever to verify what information needed to be updated and questioned whether the email was a “phishing” email.
They refused to respond and cancelled my 3 year old subscription.
Your unprofessional conduct reflects on the character of your company.
