I booked a reservation for a hotel on-line for Feb 12 and 13 thinking it was the hotels site. Come to find out it was ReservationDesk.com. I paid the extra $8 per night for the cancellation option in case I had to cancel one night. I ended up having to cancel the second night. I was told by the very unprofessional Customer Service person on the other end of the phone that I had $135 coming back to me and that I would get an email stating that. The email never came. Nearly 2 weeks later and at least 6 phone calls to them I have yet to receive my refund. I am told 24 to 48 hours for processing, then told 3-10 days, etc. Just a total runaround every time I call. Today I got a "Supervisor" on the phone. He would only say that "You have to wait, Sir. The process takes 3-10 business days".... This place is a total scam!!!
