I ordered 2 samsung aqua pure water filters for my refrigerator. The paperwork said the correct information and the box said the correct information. I didnt put it in the refrigerator right away because wasnt needed for till months later. When I opened the box, I was not sent the aqua pure filters. I was sent some offbrand filter that does not fit. They refuse to refund money or send me the correct part. If the paper work and the box had been incorrect I would have caught this error right away. However they are sending incorrects parts marked as a correct part. False advertising and fraud. I will never buy from them again. Beware
