I PAID #39.94 FOR THEM TO REPLACE A DRIVER FOR MY PRINTER. AFTER THEM GOING OVER MY COMPUTER AND FOR AN HOUR MAKING CHANGES MY COMPUTER WENT DOWN COMPLETELY. THEY SAID IT WAS A "BOOT LOOP" AND THAT THEY COULD FIX IT FOR $250.
MY COMPUTER WORKED FINE EXCEPT FOR THE MISSING DRIVER NOW I HAVE TO BUY A NEW COMPUTER
