I've purchased a 40in RCA TV @ Best Buy back in April, 2015. Had the TV for 2 weeks when the TV Died. Best Buy sent me a new Replacement. After 5 1/2 months that TV died! Called Best Buy, and they told me to call the manufacturer, On Corp. Spoke to customer service, and we tried to get the TV to work, but to no avail, so they've sent out a serviceman on 12/09/15. I was told something with the power switch was defective....had to order the part, but after three weeks of waiting, I was told they were not sure when the part would come in! At this point it has been more than a month, so I had called OnCorp and spoke with Jhazmine, at this point she gave me a choice: 1-continue to wait for the part. 2-have the TV exchanged for another one. or 3-get a refund. At first, I agreed for the exchange, but then after being told it would be a refurbished TV, I've opted for the refund. I was told by Jhazmine, that the refund check would go out on the first week of February...in the meantime, she had sent me a shipping label to return the dead TV back to OnCorp. So, here I sit, 2/14/2016, and no check, no TV, and everytime I call Jhazmine, she tells me she doesn't know why the check hasn't gone out yet. When I ask to speak to someone in-charge, she tells me no one is there to take my call! I want my $378 back! I can't understand how this company gets away with this!
