Advertised free trial for thirty days on Facebook. When I talked to them on the phone they said twenty days. Two products sent a week apart. Twenty days not up but they charged me $59 for one product and $103 for the other. When I called they refused to refund any of the $59 and only $83 on the other one. I was told then that it was a fourteen day trial. They lied every time I talked to them. They said that I would only get a refund if I returned the Allegro and they charge a $20 restocking fee. They finally said that they would cancel my account and there would be no further charges. These people were very difficult to deal with. To make matters even worse the customer service person spoke English with a heavy foreign accent that was hard for me to understand, the background noise was too loud, and even though he said the phone call was being recorded the line kept going silent like he was putting me on hold. I believe he was hoping I would just get frustrated and give up. I believe this company is committing fraud.
