Ordered 2 Walmart gift cards for $100 on Aug. 20th, 2011. Was sent an email on the 21st saying my cards had been shipped. Was also charged $3.00 on bank statement by SG Marketing for Foreign Transaction fee.
Contacted them on Sept.26th. Their answer was they mailed using Canada post, would check to see if they could locate them, said they would reship cards if order was not located.
Emailed them again on Oct. I telling them order still had not been received. Gave me the same story but said they would refund, but to please allow for the trace.
On Oct.4, I emailed asking for a refund to my account and received the exact email I had gotten on Oct. 1. Still no cards, no refund.
