I emailed them to let them know the product was not working for me on January 25 TH and on February 3rd I went to check on my bank balance only to find my account overdraft to the some of $260.62/ I called them about this and they told me I would get a refund of $190.62 and they are not responsible for the overdraft fees of $70.00.they also told me that never got my email. I would only get the refund if they got the product back within 30 days.
