I emailed them yesterday about getting a US entry waiver. Got a call this morning. I was told to pay $250 to get the process started. I started grilling the guy about how anyone could say they've been in business for 25 years and that it sounds like a scam. He couldn't take the heat and said "I have to go" and hung up the phone.
