Did not send $12.99 but would like to report I got the same letter to.They need to stop this kind of stuff put them in jail all of them for these scams it's really sad to get peoples hopes up high specaily the elderly or the one's that are uneducated the this kind of stuff is not real please stop this kind of stuff thank you
