Hi My complaint against RedBlink Pvt. Ltd. SCO - 839-840, 2nd Floor, Udyog Path,Sector 22, Chandigarh, 160022 phone No-01724012580 .
I have worked over there more than 1 year. Worst Company, Running by Family and relatives so no values for Employees. Extreme politics treat employees as slaves nasty working environment. They don't want human, they want machine those can learn all off the technology with in days, even they don't care if you are coming office in saturday and sunday also how much you are doing.
Poor and bad management level. no work life balance. salary of any sweeper of other is greater than an engineer of this company.

They always bullying and harassment to subordinates via written emails, phone calls , supervision of computer downtime, capturing the screen, checking history and logs. They do this to take under the control employee’s behavior, usually for his or her own needs, personal agenda, or self-serving motives.

For getting the work done they always creates false hopes with no plans to fulfill, repeatedly concealing the truth, deceiving others to get one’s way.

Seniors deliberately delaying and blocking an employee’s work, progress on a project, or success, repeated betrayal, promising them projects and then giving them to others, taking or stealing credit for other employee’s ideas and contributions without acknowledging them. They always criticizing someone’s work or behavior, usually for unwarranted reasons, and they don't wants to take the responsibility for problems or issues.

Whenever you decides to leave the company, they start blaming you are leaving during the ongoing project ,we will not give you documents.

This all happens to me, they have not paid my salary and documents.
