I can not believe once again another preloaded (10,0000) Visa card letter from this company ARB. I mean are these people for real. Somebody has to do something about this. They are scamming people through some made up marketing program stating you are a winner and to juice it up they offer another scam right behind it stating that the big one of 5 million dollars will only cost you 20.00 bucks to enter. And unfortunately it sounds so real because they give you 15 days to respond so they can get your card out to you. There smart though, they give, no numbers to call, no addresses to contact except some weird return address that they put on the envelope that doesn't even look real, so who would even think to write it down. It's like Bejing or something and numbers, that should be tipping us all off right there. The names written in the letter I bet aren't even real, no traces. Scumsuckers. KBaker
