In December I followed an advertisement regarding RVTL anti-aging cream and Equinox Day & Night cream in which I would pay $4.95 shipping and handling fee( which turned out to be paid twice). Later on in December I noticed that my account was drawn $212.00. When I enquired, I was met with many inconsistencies by someone who barely speaks English and I could barely understand. He told me to return the product by January 22,2016 and I would be refunded. He spoke about a re-stocking fee, which I asked how is that possible when the product is for free. I sent back the product on Jan.5th. and they received it on Jan, 7th, on Jan. 20 when I called to find out what was going on since I hadn't heard from anyone, the same person or someone with similar accent and broken English spoke to me and in formed me of the $40.00 stocking fee. I even sent a copy of the ad for free samples but they ignored me. I am now getting ready to send them the copy by mail which I already sent when I returned the package. Hoping you can help to stop these Con-Artists from stealing from other people.
