I cancelled my membership in November 2015 because the club increases the fees after 1 year without notification and withdrew the fees from my account. After cancellation of the membership they continue to try withdrawing money from by bank account after I cancelled the EBT. My bank was contacted with a dispute by Youfit attempting to collect monthly fees. I then contacted Youfit by visiting the location on 1/18/16, after I was told on the phone it cost a $10 cancellation fee to officially cancel the membership. The clerk refused to accept the $10 cancellation fees and requested an additional $123.00 stating it was a recurring fee since 11/2015, I objected. I class action lawsuit needs to be file to stop there illegal activities.
