I fell into their trap through Microsoft's bing search when I want to re-registrate my car. They paid bing to put their portal link on top of the rank list when anyone searches "RMV/DMV + any state". Now their website is Car-Registration.org.
Actually, they did a good job on cheating you to believe you are registering your vehicle online.
After I submitted all info of my credit card number, they just provide a guide to download instead of a registration. There is no confirmation number or cancelation option for my order.
They are also very good at protecting themselves from trouble by putting tiny notes that they are not government agent, which people is very likely to miss.
