I applied for a payday loan on the internet, and I received a phone call about how I was approved for a 10,000 loan that I would pay back over a 2 and a half years at 5% interest. They said since it was an unsecured loan I would have to pay my first installment then the funds would be in my account. I paid a $100 first then 150 by western union. It was sent to India. They said I have their website and their phone number if something went wrong. After I paid the money they said they would call me back and never did. I called them every 5 minutes, and the person I was asking for was on the other line. Now when I call a recording comes up and says you have reached the government grant program please leave a message. I don't know what to do now. I gave them my last penny.

- I received a $400.00 loan from this company. I then had found out that this company is not legal in my state. I then sent a revocation letter to them not to debit any more money from my bank account, as per ACH regulations. Well they ignored the revocation and still debited my account and overdrew it by $263.00 and now the bank has closed that account and still wants me to pay the 263.00 back to them. I wish I could get mypaydayloan to payback the money but they will not.
