We saw an unauthorized pending charge on our bank account in January, we reached out to customer service at the bank and they provided the phone and company name. The charge came thru and we called the company and asked for a refund. My husband said it was a man with an accent from india, he would not identify what the purchase was for but was quick to say he would cancel. I have not seen the credit as yet, my husband does not remember the purchase at all, we will replace my husbands credit card.
