I ordered the trial size, just pay the shipping charges, I was of the understanding that from the time I received the item I had 14 days to try it. Turns out it was 14 days from the time the order was place which was Dec 23/15. The order was shipped on January 1/16 from Mississauga. I assume it arrived i on the 4th of January, I was away, so I'm not sure. They then billed me again on January 7/16 for $151, for another item which have not yet received. This is a terrible way to do business, scamming, I would call it.
I was told this morning that my account would be cancelled, and they would send me an email stating so, it has been 8 hours, still no email.
