I am absolutely beside myself! This company is a SCAM!! I'm not sure how they are continuing to get away with this! I paid the shipping for the 2 products(even though they both came in the same box). The eye serum was defective, it wouldn't pump. Called them(no one speaks english), after an hour trying to talk to a wall, they told me not to send it back, they will ship a new one and start my trial period over. waiting for it to arrive, time is ticking, never received it and looked on my bank acct they not only took 1 full price out, the next day they took another! I don't know how to get these horrible people to give me my $$ back!!
