This company will hire you on false pretenses, lure in to their program , then once you are on board, the unfair treatment begins. little to no training provided. Then you are given a matrix on how to reach your goals which no one explains to you. This way it takes you months to realize it sets you up to fail. In these goals you have quotas to refer to partners of other business within Bank of america. In the 12 months there i was never introduced, made aware of who my partners were, just that i had a goal to refer to them. Bank of America will put you in a bank where the Electrical outlets don't work,and the very systems you get trained on to use, never work. They do get occasionally 'upgraded' but then you are left to figure out the new software by yourself.If you are a newbie to the role, your newness in the position is an open door for persistent teasing and sarcasm from your leaders and "partners". You will notice important pertinent information being withheld from you by the people who have been in the same role for longer. The competitive nature of the business , promotes disharmony between partners as opposed to a 'team' atmosphere. Also as a 'rookie'at Bank of America you will know what it is to be humiliated and learn what it is to be belittled as an adult. The most insulting tactic though, that i have noticed is normal practice for the bank, is the manipulating of salaries. Once you begin to actually learn the system, and begin to hit your goals. the bank will do everything in it's power to change that.Whether it be by changing your job title, changing your bank location, or by simply raising your goals. You will begin to notice the longer you are at the bank , instead of your wages going up , they actually decrease or remain relatively low for the 'promotion' you would get. When and if you are promoted with Bank of America, you will notice the amount of stress and work load you will be taking on , surpasses the amount you are getting bumped in your pay. They will make you wait forever to promote you, only so they can spoon-feed you a measly 2-5k more a year. DO NOT WORK FOR BANK OF AMERICA, AT ANY LEVEL. THEY WILL LIE AND SWINDLE YOU IN, THEN INTRODUCE YOU TO MODERN DAY CORPORATE SLAVERY. An enviroment were bullying , harrassment , and disorder is the norm. And EVERY single manager hand picks their favorites, and damns those who they don't personally like, no matter your work ethic, or how good of a producer you are.
