Property Wikia promised me $164 per week after 12 weeks that my house did not sell. As it approached the 12 week mark they locked down the access to my listing and proclaiming I am under a security check. Three times I have done everything they have requested and I have only received emails telling me I would receive a response in 24 hours, and still after a month I received nothing. My listing is still there, which I would like removed but nobody responds to my request, but I do not have access to it. I am just glad I did not participate in their affiliate program, which I was tempted to do.

- As absurd as this sounds, I didn't care about the money they would pay me so much as I wanted to sell my home. Very sad that this turned out to be a scam. I was hoping it was just a broad based classified ad that would get my home out to many more people than just local ads could. I havent been scammed so far, but my 12 weeks aren't up yet either. And of course, I've had no offers for my home. When you find these sites, that offer "something for nothing" be wary. I only expected free advertising. It sounds like I didn't even get that!

- One client's property listed 07-24-11 has passed the 12 week mark and is also on lock down pending "security check". See my posting. No response from Julian despite several direct emails, emails copying the client so he may respond to her directly, forwarding her emails to him, zilch nothing, radio silence. The client wrote to him directly over a dozen times as she tried to get into the owner listing site to input the so-called missing information and is blocked from doing so. She wrote asking for assistance and never received a reply. That is when I reached out to her and started forwarding her emails and copying Julian on my replies to her. I had hoped that by so doing he would be "shamed" into replying. He has no shame. We should have Scambook investigate and get our money back...we work too hard in these economic times to let this thief not only take our money, but make us look like fools in front of owners who posted in good faith and are now directing their frustration at affiliates. Will Scambook help us?

- I am now receiving threatening emails from this company...I am not afraid of them, because I have posted nothing false! I do regret using my last name on here because they have linked it to my Property Wikia account and are sending me letters with my home address attached. The good part of it all is that they have finally removed my listing!
