I contacted customer support at Vendosupport.com about an additional charge on my account when I went to cancel a trial subscription. I explained that I had no knowledge of an additional charge they called an "Instant Upgrade." I explained I wouldn't have intentionally made such a purchase due to my fixed income. I am on disibility for neuropathy and AIDS/HIV. I messaged the complany several times and one reply from Oliver detailed my trial purchase and then a monthly instant upgrade purchase and then asked me why I had authorized the upgrade if I didn't want it. I felt belittled and bullied. Later I was offered a 40% refund out of goodwill on their behalf so things could end amicably. I countered with a 90% offer a few minutes ago. I have not received a response yet.
