I was online on Amazon.com when an advertisement popped up talking about Dr.Oz and a low cost "miracle" antiaging cream. ( EQUINOX and RVTL) These two products were SAMPLES and they were priced at $2.95 and $3.95. There was NOTHING ELSE to ORDER and NO FURTHER OBLIGATONS to do anything else because I READ the TERMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE I felt safe enough to type in my Debit card number and information. I was charged those amounts and got my samplesas per the terms. I looked yesterday at my account as I was getting ready to pay bills and found TWO CHARGESthat were unfamiliar to myself and my husband. These were made on 12-30-2015 for $109.00and then another on 12/31/2015 for $103.00. They were posted with the names ULTRA-SERUM and then splashfruitexfolia.(respectively) Neither these products nor the charges had been authorized by myself . They appeared to have what looked like a phone number following the names so I called the first one and found out it was the same company which had sent me the "no further obligation samples" of Equinox and RVTL. The man I spoke with was obviously Indian and he told me that I had been informed of the obligation and I should have called after 2 weeks to cancel. I told him that it was not authorized by me and I was NEVER told verbally or written that I was to stop any further order because there was NOT ANY Further order to stop. he said the products were a part of the "facial steps for anti aging". I told him absolutely not and I wanted ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED ASAP. he informed me that the "best he could do was refund 40%". I said NO and I wanted to speak with a SUPERVISOR NOW! Of course there were no supervisors to help me. I was extremely upset by then and told him they would not EVER see a dime of that money because I would call my bank and stop payment and report them as fraudulent. I did do all this and also cancelled my debit card to avoid additional charges and I have called AMAZON.com to report and complain since they ARE carrying this product on their site. I intend to tell my experience on FACEBOOK and any other public forum as well. I also intend to let Dr. Oz know they are ruining his name as well by using his face and name to promote sales and build trust with the customer. Everybody ought to tell as many people as possible and put it on public forums about your experience with these crooks and scammers. this is the ONLY WAY to really ruin business for them. They are literally getting rich by slamming unauthorized charges on unsuspecting people. I don't know about you but I can't afford to help make them rich. Thanks for listening.
