All i want is to cancel any and all renewal services for their SpyHunter soft ware ENG_U1712150236-26XDE Order 12-15-2015 I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email but I have not got a conformation that they have cancelled my renewal part of the deal never wanted it in the first place but they don't give you that opiton when you purchase from them they tell you to contact yhem at a later time but then they make it so hard to do so that's bad customer service they should never ever assume that a customer wants to renew their product. They and many other companies pull the same nonsense on consumers
