Received a call from a gentleman claiming to be collecting from a payday loan company but could not give me the loan company's name and that I should know what company it is and that the loan was from December of 2013. I have not received any calls from any payday loan company nor have I loaned from any payday company in over 7 years. This man could not give me any information about this so called loan company but if I did not settle with them today I would taken to small claims court. Any loan company that you would be behind with would call you within 10 days of being behind not wait for almost 3 years to collect, they would just garnish wages since that is part of the paperwork you fill out and agree to if miss the loan payment. This is a fraud and do not let them scare you just hang up and call the BBB
