The company published my book. Then I went away suddenly. My mother-in-law got in touch with them on my behalf but they wouldn't talk to her. When I was able, I contacted them, but they won't talk to me either.

I've found a credit card authorisation form for eBook publication. This was after the traditional publication. The cost was $250.
