I only ordered on the Jack and Jones website instead of going to the mall because it said I would get it before Christmas. My package has been in transit in Concord,ON for 2 days now. I contacted Jack and Jones and they told me I had to wait 5 business days for an investigation. This is honestly the most ridiculous situation I've ever been in. How can you say that to a customer! Why don't you figure something out for me like find a store or send a fast shipment of what I need to give to someone on Christmas! I now have to go out and spend double the money to have a present for my boyfriend on Christmas. I will never order from Jack and Jones again not only because of what happened but just the fact that there was no help to figure out a solution. Poor customer service. Never again!
