ANP owes me backed invoice payment dating back to September. Despite their own net 30 pay schedule they cannot seem to meet that claiming they are not receiving funds from their customers in order to pay contractors. They have not never paid on time and once of their checks for under $300 actually bounced. Then they like to use google wallet that takes up to 7 days to process funds. I have been asking politely for past due payments and now am progressing to contacting their clients and initiating a small claim motion to compel to pay against them. Anyone interested in a class action should respond directly to this complaint. I recommend if you are owed money and feel helpless that you seek a court runner in NJ to assist you with filing a claim. You can post an ad on Craigslist for assistance or I can help as I am am a paralegal and want justice served for every single person who has been bamboozled by ANP while trying to provide income support for their families.
