Dear Scambook,

I'd like to report a complaint against so called "CN HAOYANGMAOYI BEIJING", presumably a company in China, who had charged 155.22 Euro (aprox 167.50 USD) on my debit card illegally, without my authorization. The authorization was for 130.00 Euro, but on Dec 5th 2015, after not hearing from them for 6 days, I had cancelled my Order Number: 1741387 (in the total value of 130.00 Euro). The reasons of my order cancellation was explained in my email to them on Dec 5th 2015 (their email: [email protected]) and those are (1) they have charged a different (higher) amount then the authorized one; (2) they have mislead me by posting an add on Facebook as if they were Michael Kors original site; (3) I have learned that their products are FAKE; (4) I have not heard from them since the order was placed. Together with order cancellation on Dec 5th I have also asked for a full refund.
Starting Dec 9th 2015 I had sent several emails to [email protected] asking for the full refund , but only had received a couple of answers saying they need authorisation from their manager for companesation, which till this day havent’ happened.
In conclusion, I am reporting this as a fraud and I’d like you to help me in identifying this company in China and recovering my money. In this way, I’d also be able to take additional actions against them.
