I have tried for months to cancel the magazine service with prolific (shows on my checking account statement as Business Solutions)but they do not answer or respond to voicemail messages. When they call to "make sure all of my information is still correct) they will not provide me with an end date for their "services". The last time they called I asked why they are charging me 59.90 AND 49.90 each month and I was assured they would take care if it. They claimed it was another company but I pointed out the telephone number is the same. I am still being double charged and don't know how this service even started. I want out without having to pay the 1,000 they said would get me out of the contract.
