AppliancesConnection is very dishonest- literally commiting criminal fraud with their tactics. The shipped our company a used refrigerator from some MAS Inc. distributor (and the distributor billed this 1Stop Camera)- all very shady. When we opened the box and discovered a refrigerator that looked like it was out of a crappy pawn shop- even missing parts- I immediately called- then the games bagan. Long, long waits on hold. Then Cileen asked me to send photos, which I did- then she wanted more photos, which I sent, then she was going to talk to the manufacturer (who was never part of this process). They stalled even more- never did resolve this for us- offered a $100 discount and a 10 year warranty (like they're even going to be around in 10 years!). No thanks- just want a replacement or return the credit on our company credit card. No dice- they kept me on hold or moving me to other peole in the company. Finally this Calvin Bittman says that the damaged unit we have is one we bought a year before- per his distributor. I provided proof in photos and documentation but then he wanted to site their return policy which states you must open the package when it's delivered and refuse it then. Our refrigerator came in via common carrier and they unloaded and left it inside our receiving department- when we did check this piece in, we opened it right after delivery to find the used unit packed inside. That is when I contacted them the first time. We turned them into the Credit Card company who is protesting the charge and we are looking at filing fraud charges in NY State as these guys are crooks. I have now found multiple other reviews with the same profile- these guys will get whats coming to them someday. They all do.
