This company called me as I had ordered from them before and the order was seized at Canadian customs and I lost my money - approx. $100.00 Can. This time the agent on the phone assured me that my order would be shipped from Mississauga, Ontario and therefore would get to me. The tracking number they gave me showed that it originated in Texas, which meant that I was lied to by the representative. I tried calling the number they called from and it is no longer listed. Also, I complained in an email and have not received a reply. I intend to use every avenue I can find to discredit this company (hponlineshop.com) and I hope that I can save potential customers from losing money to this Chinese scam. Kind of makes you feel that all Chinese are crooks. I doubt that I will receive any further communication from this miserable excuse for a legitimate business. I sincerely hope that authorities will investigate this company and both put them out of business and levy a fine against them.
