much the same as all other complaints for this company...i signed up to receive a free trial (shipping costs only). sometime later they called to confirm my order and wanted to know if i wanted to order anything else. i politely said no and that i did not want to continue receiving things. please cancel anything i signed up for. I had received my sample and was trying it, but i did not want anything else. less than a month later my credit card was charged $200 in addition to the shipping fees i had already paid. i called immediately, they offered a credit. i turned that down saying i wanted a full refund, but they proceeded to say i agreed to the credit. i emailed and they said to call mgmt. but to this day i have yet to get through. the recording -"no one is available, thank you, good bye."
