Purchased Spyhunter through "safecart" at what I thought was $29.99 for 6 months. Turns out service is actually $39.99. The box checked for $29.99 is for additional "services". Website is misleading. Contacted safecart to address this issue and was directed to Spyhunter. Spyhuter's phone system directs you back to safecart. Seems by design they want to make it difficult for customers to resolve billing issues. Unethical business practices. Will open a claim with Amex to dispute charges.
