Exactly as the complaint on this web site stated. The company put a stop on my computer and said it was a virus. Since they "repaired" my computer, it lost sound, goes off the internet whenever I leave it and I have to shut it down and restart it to get back on the internet. I believe it is a scam and it cost me $268. When I called them their main goal was to sell me more product rather than fix my computer.
