I ordered the "free product" for a nominal shipping fee. I reviewed the purchasing information and did not see any reference to ongoing charges or being billed for the product. I was just charged $109 for one of the products and $103 for the other product that I just received less than 2 weeks ago. I tried to call but they claim to be open only Mon- Fri from 8 am to 5 pm. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges first thing Monday, after I try to call the "800" numbers listed on Equinox and RVTL websites. The offer clearly states "free" with shipping charge. I see there are multiple complaints against these companies going back to 2013. Hope I can get my money back.
