I Just receive my 1st national bank statement and your company charged my 89.95 which I am disputing as I was told I was to only pay 4.95 for ship and handling on this trail offer. Your company has commit fraud. I called my chg company and disputed the amt and reported a claim. you also do not answer the phone. Case number is 20151127000178. I want my 89.95 back and you need to teach and tell CS to explain the customer would be charged the full amt and not the 4.95. I have filed charges
