Im trying to use my debt card to book online a flight
since Monday 23/11/2015
my flight every day become more costly
and every day the call center( customer services) take my personal details and they are telling me that we will apply your request to the risk administration
what is the site you want to apply for
data about your flight
when i asked to use my visa card to book from it
the reply was that " the system is being updated write now ,call us later "
actually i don't know where is the problem
but i decided to close my account with your bank
and withdraw all my money
this is the worst bank i have ever dealt with
i will advice all my friends , relatives and contacts
not to deal with your bank
you are claiming that this is for safety reasons
but actually you are doing any thing but help
PS: i wrote 100 dollars just only to submit the complaint but i lost a lot of time with your bank
