So to start this off, my email address used when purchasing merchandise from JerryCards was "[email protected]". I am saying this because this company keeps reporting mine and many other peoples reviews for whatever reason they can come up with due to so much negative but honest feedback. I am now going to give my legitimate and honest review of JerryCards and will begin to share my EXACT step by step experience when dealing with this incredible sketch company. Once again, I am not posting any false event or action, nor am I trying to belittle, discredit or deminish this company's business. I am simply sharing my honest experience. So I first found out about Jerry Cards a few days ago. All over their website was advertised how much they strive for good customer service by being able to communicate with their customers around the clock 24/7 and having instant email delivery of your purchased cards. This was far from the truth and literally the exact opposite of what I received through my experience at JerryCards. My first purchase through JerryCards was mediocre at best. It took about 10 hours and it took around 4 hours for a non automated response. Once the purchase was completed, I received an email saying if I use the invoice number from my purchase, I would get automatic instant delivery for all future purchases. With that being said, I though I would give this so called "business" another chance. That was an enormous mistake. As you could probably guess, I never received an "automatic instant email delivery". In fact, what I received was so far from that, I actually felt obligated to write this review (which I have never, EVER done before). I waited around 7 hours before I got an actual response back. The email stated I needed to send a picture of my photo ID. I suppose this would be somewhat understandable if I hadn't already made a purchase the previous day. So I sent a picture of my photo ID like I was instructed. It only took 5 hours for a response back. We're making progress now. Baby steps. However, the next email stated the owner wanted me to "hold the ID up to my face to make sure I was who I said I am". Once again, this would be completely understandable if I hadn't already made a successful purchase or if I got a response back in a timely manner. With that being said, I once again did as I was instructed to do so. At this point I was extremely skeptical about whether I would even receive what I paid for at all. I waited and waited... Another 8 hours goes by and I still didn't get a response back. I said enough was enough and sent an email saying I was going to file a dispute with paypal and to either refund me or send me what I paid for. Apparently JerryCards couldn't care less. It took them another 10 hours to finally send me what I paid for. Note that the only reason I actually got what I paid for was because I sent JerryCards a picture of my Pennsylvania Police ID and said that I would file a complaint with paypal if I was not either refunded or sent what I paid for. If none of those options were fulfilled, there would be legal consequences held against him. It really is an absolute joke that all over their website it states how they strive for good customer support and instant delivery. They even made a video about it lol. If you don't mind waiting so long that you don't even know if you will get what you bought, or even a response back for that matter, then JerryCards is for you! I hope this review gives fair warning for everyone thinking about shopping here. If you actually want fast email delivery, I would highly recommend not to shop here because you will NEVER get that. This is without a doubt the last time I even visit this website again.
