RPA handled our complaint against landlord. Claimed to have sent emails and certified mail on our behalf. We have been requesting documented proof that they did so for months. Phone just rings and rings, no reply to emails, no reply to letter we sent via postal service, on line chat never operable.
We are in urgent need of these documents as we are going to court in 2 weeks.
