Having taken advantage of a FREE TRIAL and reading the small print in the Terms and Conditions I tried to CANCEL the subscription within the specified 28days only to find that today the company has taken 2 payments of £57.56 from my bank account. I emailed the company to cancel the subscriptions as soon as the samples arrived but the emails are being returned as Mailerdaemon - address not verified - yet this is the address given on all correspodence.The advice from the FRAUD section of my bank say that it is best to cancel your current debit/credit card and get a new one so that no further payments can be taken. They are looking at refunding the monies to me but I have to wait a further 30 days!!
All parties affected should contact their banks immediately.
