Signed up for this service over 5 years ago. I attempted to cancel the account more than 4 years ago and have not used the service in the past 4-5 years. Frustrated by not being able to contact the company, I canceled my PayPal account. The company, I just discovered, has continued to charge my inactive PayPal account.
I DO NOT authorize VideoBB to charge me for services I have not used in more than 4 years.
