I had accidentally deleted my video and photo files off my SD card and was trying to get them recovered. I found this company and opted to pay for the $40 software since the trial software looked promising, but you couldn't access the files until you paid. After paying I did not receive a download link. 2 days later the company FINALLY sent a link to download the software. I had also contacted them in regards to the software not working with a screen shot of my error and requested a refund since it would not recover my files as promised. As of today (November 13th 2015) I have not gotten a reply back to any of the multiple emails I have sent. I filed a dispute through my bank, but surprisingly the company replied back to them and showed them proof that they sent me a download link and my bank sided with them despite the fact I told them I had the link but their software did not do as it promised. It also added spam files to my computer after installation to top it all off which were hidden within the file! This company is horrible. No responses. No support. Not trustworthy what so ever. So I guess I'm out of $40 of my hard earned money to these scammers.
