I ordered trail size of Nouvebelle yes I paid for shipping and when I tried to cancel it the first time they I insisted I keep the product for an extended period of a complete month. Well a few days before the months trial period I called to cancel because the product made me itch there is something in it that I was allergic to. When I call to cancel the first time I asked the rep. If at the end of the trial period what exactly did I need to do they said just call and cancel and that's it. Wrong in order for them to cancel my subscription I needed to return the empty container and I would also have to pay the postage. It had to them before they could me. Before they told me that they offered it to me for 50 percent off. I said did not want to continue why would I pay them 50 percent to continue. This product does not work and it is a scam do it order this product because it doesn't work. My face is red blotto and itchy. I said that I was reporting this I notified my bank not to honor any debit of monies to this company. Do yourself a big favor and purchase anything like this that make false statements and if the statement is to good to be true it is. Just because a celebrity endorses it doesn't make it true. Just learn to love yourself the way you are.
