I order 16days ago Birkenstock shoes from them and I received them in a plastic bag, not in a boxe, and it's not Birkenstock shoes, really fake one and SO UGLY!!! I'm really disapointed, what can I do to have my money back??? I send them already 2 e- mail but of course no answer....
I order on maxbrandoutlet web site, becarful, never order something from them!!!
They are not professionnal and you think that you order something from USA but actually it's from China!
BIG SCAM!!!!!!
