I was just reconciling all of our business and personal transactions for the past few months when I noticed this charge. Since I was unfamiliar with the company name I did a search using Google. As soon as I did, the flood gates opened regarding fraudulent charges. We have never heard of this company and have no idea how they received our information. However, we have never even been on a cruise and did no traveling anywhere near or around the date of the transaction. We would like an immediate refund from them.
